This gelatin silver print with margins is in generally excellent condition. There is a tiny abrasion in the left center portion of the image, to the right of the subject. Upon close examination under raking light, the following are visible: a few tiny, discolored, matte deposits in the lower left portion of the image; and scattered pinpoint-sized silver deposits across the subject's eyes and eyebrows. The margin corners and edges are gently worn. In the lower left margin, a few tiny translucent droplets of indeterminate nature are visible in raking light. There is a stray brown accretion of indeterminate nature in the upper right margin.

On the reverse, the photographer's signature is slightly smudged, and the print edges are discolored. Sold framed.
