CONTINENTAL CERAMIC MILITARY FIGURAL HUMIDORS, LOT OF FOUR, comprising one bust-form example depicting "FRANZ JOSEF I", Emperor of Austria, one German or Austrian soldier sitting on a brick wall and holding an ax, and two head examples including one French civilian official with red hat and one depicting a British Boer War soldier with "CIV" embossed to side of hat. Marks to underside include impressed "JM", "Austria", "Czechoslovakia", and various impressed or incised numerals. Johann Maresch, Austria or Czechoslovakia; and others. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. 11 3/8" HOA.
