Description
A GROUP OF FOUR DUTCH OLD MASTER PRINTS, 17TH CENTURY, comprising an etching by Herman van Swanevelt (1603-1655), "The Spinner and Four Cows," unframed; an etching by Adriaan Schoonebeek (1661-1705), "Apotheosis of an Emperor," framed; an etching by Karel Dujardin (1622-1678), "Woman Fording a Stream," framed; and an etching by Pieter de Jode (1570-1634), "Cornelius van Poelenburgh," framed; largest framed 20 3/4" x 16 3/4'.

Condition
Herman van Swanevelt, The Spinner and Four Cows, on laid paper, possibly a later printing, with small margins and slight toning in the sheet. There are no visible repairs; sheet 7" x 11". Adriaan Schoonebeek, Apotheosis of an Emperor, there is toning in the sheet and probable small repaired tears, but there is no visible damage. Framed under glass with a top mat and not examined out of the frame; sheet 5 1/4" x 6 1/2", framed 20 3/4" x 16 3/4". Karel Dujardin, Woman Fording a Stream, etching on laid paper, possibly a later printing, there is no visible damage but it looks like it has been professionally conserved. Framed under a top mat and under glass and not examined out of the frame; sheet 6 1/2" x 7 3/4", framed 20 3/4" x 16 3/4". Pieter de Jode, Cornelius van Poelenburgh, engraving on laid paper, the sheet has been conserved and there are small repairs at edges as well as a small repaired loss at lower left corner. Framed under a top mat and under glass. Not examined out of the frame; sheet 89 1/4" x 6 1/2", framed 20 3/4" x 16 3/4".
