Dated 1866 - 1916 and engraved 'Jubilee Presentation from the Shareholders of the Windsor & Eton, Permanent Benefit Building Society, to its founder Frances Bowry Buckland Esq, J.P Hallmarked with English silver marks (925 standard), Birmingham, year 1916 (r), Maker V&S (Vaughton & Sons)
