A Chinese pewter-encased Yixing zisha teapot with jade spout, handle, and lid
Daoguang period, Qing dynasty
Each side featuring incised calligraphy inscriptions, one with an incised 'Zhi An' signature.
H: 3 1/4, W: 6, D: 2 in.
H: 8.26, W: 15.24, D: 5.08 cm.
Provenance: Private collection of Mrs. Neville, Las Vegas, Nevada. The piece was inherited from her aunt.
