La Pintura Mural de la Revolucion Mexicana [Mural Painting of the Mexican Revolution] 1921-1960, first edition, published in 1960, hardcover, folio (19 x 14 inches), published by Fondo Editorial de la Plastica Mexicana, illustrated throughout in color with examples by Diego Rivera, Orozco, O'Higgins, et al; WITH 2. La Litografia en Mexico en el Siglo XIX, 1965 facsimile reprint of the 1934 original, hardcover, black and white illustrations. Provenance: from the collection of Cardinal Luigi Raimondi (1912-1975), an Italian prelate of the Catholic Church. He served as prefect of the Vatican's Congregation for the Causes of Saints from his elevation to the cardinalate by Pope Paul VI in 1973 until his death two years later. Raimondi also served as the Apostolic Delegate to the United States from 1967 until his appointment to the Vatican post in Rome.
Condition
In good to very good condition; front hinge on Lithographs is starting to crack, but still secure. Merchandise will be packed and transported by the purchaser at their own risk and expense.
