Reid Private” Company H Sixth Regiment Tennessee Volunteers, who was enlisted the Fifteenth day of May, one thousand eight hundred and Sixty One, to serve 12 Months is hereby HONORABLY discharged from the Army of the Confederate States. By the Conscript Act. A. B. Jones, Capt. Co. H. 6th Reg. Tenn. Vol.” Additionally signed by Captain Jones at bottom. Sight 8 ? x 7 ?”. Matted and framed under plexiglass, both sides of document visible, 12 ½ x 12 ¾”. Manuscript notes on verso. Document worn, creased, torn at creases, soiled, scuffed. Fair.
