Collection of Six Late 19th & Early 20th C. Hotel & Clock Stock Certificates

A mixed group of 6 stocks from a variety of hotel and watch/clock companies. Varying in size, dating from ca. 1864 to 1931. All have flattened folds and varying degrees of toning and soiling. Boldly signed certificates with some additional transfer or cancellation writing on the verso of some. Please refer to the photographs for further condition information. Overall, very good.

2. Howland Hotel Company. New Jersey, dated May 20, 1872. No. 7, issuing 10 shares of $100 Capital Stock.
3. Mantel Clock Half Certificate. New York, dated October 1892. Issuing a Mantel Clock to be redeemed following the purchase of the required number of certificates.
4. Excelsior Watch Company. New York, dated 1880s. No. 35, issuing 10 shares of $100 Capital Stock.
5. Depollier Watch Company, Inc. New York, dated April 16, 1923. No. 38, issuing 10 shares of $100 Preferred Stock.
6. Hay-Adams House, Inc. Delaware, dated July 20, 1931. No. 258, issuing 22 shares of Capital Stock.
