Jim Doherty selected this exact decoy for his "Classic New Jersey Decoys" book while it was in the Dave and Jean Campbell Collection. The underside is marked with the Campbell's "DSC" collection stamp. Mallards, and subsequently their decoys, along the Atlantic flyway were very rare during this era.
Original paint with even gunning wear.
