The serpentine top on a baluster stem, the acanthus-carved legs with claw-and-ball feet; top block of stem with printed label, ' Early 18th Century English Furniture, Kent Galleries, Ltd., 44, Conduit St. London W1'.

Condition

Poor condition, age cracks to top, replacements to edge moldings, top possibly associated and re-set, originally with a birdcage support, old marks and scratches, perishing to old varnish throughout, sun fading, water stains.
