Title: Very Rare Six Coin Set Stone Mountain Commemorative Silver ½ Dollar Coins in Original Packaging Direct from Stone Mountain Confederate Monumental Association with Provenance Property of Prominent Southern Museum

Description ONE has been graded, the rest are in the pictured original packaging. NGC Cert # 6880486-001 NGC Description 1925 STONE MOUNTAIN 50C NGC Grade MS 64.
We are confident that the rest of these coins will grade better. Very rare six coin set of Stone Mountain commemorative silver ½ dollar coins in original packaging directly ordered from Stone Mountain and includes provenance.
The original owner, a well-known Civil War Veteran, donated these coins to a prominent Southern Museum; the proceeds of this sale will go to the donating museum. The original donor’s name, redacted, was a well known individual who has had many major thoroughfares named for, as does the museum. The name of the civil war veteran and the name of the museum will not be shared with anyone except the winning bidder. This lot also includes the original letter from donor to museum, and other corroborating provenance.
