Visual: A 3" diagonal hole in the canvas near the left edge, at center. Craquelure scattered throughout, with occasional areas of unstable craquelure with attendant pea-sized or smaller pigment losses, stretcher bar creases along the four sides, and minor varnish discoloration, all commensurate with age.

Blacklight: No evidence of restoration.
