The rectangular banner embroidered in green, red, black, and cream with Chairman Mao and young supporters raising the red book, with Chinese characters: 'The sea is steered by the helmsman' and at the lower register 'Chairman Mao inspects the army of Cultural Revolution! China General Chamber of Commerce, August 1967'.
Condition: Good condition with little wear, loose threads, soiling, and creasing.
