Description
AN ENAMELED SILVER TRIPOD CENSER, c. 1900s
China. The censer flanked by dragon fish handles and supported on three further beasts' heads issuing the legs. The bowl finely enameled with auspicious symbols and two lobed reserves enclosing cranes in flight, all set against a spiraled background. The base is stamped with a French import silver swan hallmark.
Condition: Good condition with some wear and minimal surface scratches. The enamels with few tiny chips.
