Description
Native American, Southwestern United States, Navajo or Zuni, ca. mid to late 20th century CE. A beautiful necklace of wearable form that is strung with 38 polished turquoise beads. Between each larger bead is a petite white shell spacer bead, and the terminals are bound together along the verso. Included is a set of mottled blue stone earrings, likely magnesite, that are fitted with silver-plated ear wires for a complementary accessory! Size (necklace): 33" L (83.8 cm); (each earring): 0.83" W x 1.52" H (2.1 cm x 3.9 cm)
