A grouping of Pullman Company porter objects and ephemera once owned by Willie Leonard Sims a 22 year employee who worked as a Sleeping car porter. Includes his original "Southern Sleeping Car Porter" cap, car placard "This car is serviced by W.L. Sims", original portrait and group photograph, payroll statements, withholding tax statements, Commissary circular No. 91, date 1947, Pullman porter identification card date 1943, an Employer's Watch and Relief Periods card. Provenance: From the estate of Nelly Sims (daughter of Willie Sims), native of Stockbridge, GA.

Very good condition overall showing only minor wear commensurate with age.
