Signed to underside "大清康熙年製" - Da Qing Kangxi Nian Zhi - 'Made in the Great Qing dynasty during the reign of the Kangxi Emperor'. the cylindrical form is adorned with blue and red underglaze, depicting the Sanxing. the illustrations are rendered with attention to detail and utilize a limited color palette, which emphasizes the craftsmanship of the era. the pale celadon glaze provides a muted background, allowing the vibrant blue and iron-red pigments to stand out.
