Possibly Lakota (Sioux), of buffalo hide construction with cotton fabric accents about the opening, worked with stepped devices, crosses, and other elements across the toe and around the lower border.

Condition
The tongue of one may have been replaced (is not buffalo). Otherwise good condition overall with general dust accumulation and wear commensurate with age. A couple of pinholes to hide. A couple of lost rows of beads. An old patch missing from the bottom of one with a circular hole in the sole visible.
