Two Carved Horn Powder Flasks, 17th/18th century. The larger flask of flattened form with multiple carved 'hex' or pinwheel symbols, carved spout with old wood stopper, and flat pine base secured to the horn with ten iron pins, overall lg. 10 in.; and a smaller flask with faceted sides, carved 'hex' symbols and mythical creatures with a small skull, carved spout with wood stopper, flat pine base secured to the horn by six iron pins, overall lg. 8 in.
