Jeff Beck Group Original 1968 Fillmore West Psychedelic Concert Poster by Lee Conklin - This is a very nice original psychedelic concert poster for the Jeff Beck Group at Fillmore West in San Francisco in 1968. The poster was created by Lee Conklin, who showed his art to San Francisco concert promoter Bill Graham and was soon commissioned to do posters and produced 31 original designs for the Fillmore between 1968 and 1969. The concert series featured the Jeff Beck Group, Spirit, Sweet Linda Divine (Linda Tillery), and Sweetwater from December 5th through 8th, 1968. This poster comes from a collection acquired by a former touring trucker while working in the entertainment industry. According to our seller, the posters in the collection were directly acquired from tour and band employees while on tour. The lot will include a letter of provenance. The poster is framed in a black wood frame with psychedelic wave design around the front. This is a BG series (Bill Graham) poster, number: BG148. Measurements: 23.25 x 16 inches (framed).
