An Apache basketry bowl
Early 20th century; Southwestern United States
A large coiled tray with central star and checkerboard motifs, with alternating columns to rim
3.625" H x 14.25" Dia.
Condition
Overall good condition with dust accumulation and light wear commensurate with age and use. A few scattered stitch losses to rim and to interior. Light shelf wear and multiple scattered single stitch losses to exterior and base. A few minor white marks to side near base. With custom built acrylic display case.
