Cute and fun piece of Japanese bronze. It is a censer in the form of an eggplant with the leaves being a lid. Stands approx. 5.5" tall.?This piece was in a Japanese decor shop in Little Tokyo near downtown Los Angeles. The shop closed in the early 1970s and all the stock was placed in storage until now.
