19th Century African Ashanti Spoon - Aboriginal Indigenous Art - This 12.75" x 3.5" wooden spoon is ritualware for the Akan people of Ghana. It has a sectioned handle with two rectangular forms and diamond shape at end with two reticulated triangular openings, all with geometric designs, oval bowl, brown patina. Item comes from the collection of Timothy Koock. Ships from Austin, Tx.
