Solid dome bisque socket head with sculpted and painted band of red hair brush-marked away from face, painted features, round intaglio googly eyes, upper eyeliner, wavy brows, closed mouth, five-piece jointed paper mache body, painted shoes and socks, blue cotton shirt and white trousers. Commentary: Rare model from Recknagel’s series of googly dolls with sculpted bonnet or unique hair styles, fine bisque, good body with original finish.
