Oval Basalt Stone "Throat-Cutter" Petroglyph, with a shallow carved figure of a "Hocker", the figure of a man in frog-like spread eagle, with well-defined features, including face, fingers and toes, male genitals, the torso flanked by whorls, found in 1965 by the consignor after being tilled up in a field between Mazatland and Durango, Mexico. Roughly 6 1/2" x 16 1/2" x 10 1/2". Scuffed down one edge away from figure, one possible glued chip.
