Description

This couple was created in honor of Jay and Martha Weikel for their 40th wedding anniversary. As you can see they only have eyes for one another. At his side is a fresh orange blossom and at her foot is an English sixpence, which brides traditionally put in their slippers for luck. The figurine is approx 5" x 5" x 8" and it weighs 2.09lbs. Comes with the COA. The figurine is in a good, used condition with signs of light wear. No chips or cracks. Is made of hand-painted resin. Is hand-signed by the artist.

This was sculptured by America's premier sculptor Thomas F. Clark, Ph.D., of Cairn Studio, Ltd., Davidson, North Carolina. Dr. Clark is also the lead artist for Cairn Studio and is the most prolific sculptor in the figurine industry today. Each creation is hand-cast in a compound of resin medium and is individually hand-painted, antiqued, and highlighted.
