Depicting single-masted vessel at sea, the silk-lined cardstock sails sewn to project from painted canvas, with appliqué velvet hull, threaded rigging, and fine details rendered in colorful plied embroidery floss, including a figure perched at half-mast, framed and mounted in glazed faux-wormwood wall case, sight, 58cm wide, 38cm high (23 3/4in wide, 15 1/2in high).
