William Plumb of the Eliot Noyes office designed the IBM Dictating Machine Stand. This early example is a predecessor to the more common version with Formica tops.

This work will ship from Lambertville, New Jersey.

Condition

Very good overall condition with wear from use. Wood and Masonite surfaces show some scattered scratches, a few areas of finish wear, some small stains, and a few minute chips. Steel elements show some overall areas of oxidation, wear to finish, and spots of pitting.
