An Art Deco cast bronze sculpture by Serge Zelikson, Russian 1890 to 1966. The sculpture depicts a young nude woman dancing. Signed and titled around the base: Etoile de Devoilee. Raised on a marble pedestal. Serge or Sergei Zalikson was a Russian and French sculptor known for busts, heads and portrait figurines of famous historical figures and cultural figures, figurines of dancers, compositions on mythological and everyday themes, allegorical and erotic works, and animalistic sculpture. In addition, he was engaged in medal art and decorative plastic art. In 1912, he obtained a scholarship and went to Paris, where he studied under the direction of Injalbert, Bouchard, and Landowsky.
