Description
PRINCESS FEATHER MASSIVE-FONT KEROSENE STAND LAMP, cased yellow ball shade, brass font vase fitted into a wrought-iron basket with thin metal scrolls, raised on a large baluster-form standard of yellow ceramic with matching metal scrolls throughout, applied wrought-iron scrolling feet, brass drop in font. Fitted with a later burner. Electrified. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. 36" H to top of shade, 26 3/4" H to top of shade ring, 11 1/2" DOA base, 9 3/4" H, 4" D fitter.

Condition
Very good condition overall with the shade having some expected flaking/roughness to the fitter; font vase and tank having some denting and minor sliver losses to the edge, central-draft tube being cut down; ceramic standard with overall crizzling; some scattered light wear; some imperfections due to the electrification process.
