BRADLEY & HUBBARD NO. 1168B / YOUNG MAN WITH GUN FIGURAL STEM KEROSENE STAND LAMP, colorless and frosted compressed globular-form font with etched stars and a dentil-patterned edge, cast spelter figural stem depicting a young man holding a gun in fine dress standing next to an open barrel with fish falling out, metal square-form base with concave sides, brass connector, period brass No. 2 collar with shoulder plate and impressed patent information. Fitted with a period setup comprising an Atwood's Comet slip burner, colorless and frosted ball-form shade with acid-etched stylized petal pattern. Non-period colorless slip chimney. Bradley & Hubbard Mfg. Co. Fourth quarter 19th century. 19" H to top of shade, 13" H to top of collar, 5 1/4" SQ overall foot. Shade: 6" H, 4" D fitter.
