MADELAINE FIGURAL STEM KEROSENE STAND LAMP, colorless with frosted finish compressed lozenge-form font with an engraved foliage band to highpoint, cast spelter stem with figural lady and single-step soapstone foot, brass connector, No. 2 fine-line collar. Fitted with a period setup comprising a No. 1. Holmes, Booth & Haydens Collins slip burner, colorless compressed lozenge-form shade, Non-period appropriate bullet-form chimney. Boston & Sandwich Glass Co. / Dietz & Co. Third quarter 19th century. 17 3/8" H to top of shade, 11 3/4" H to top of collar, 4 3/8" SQ base. Shade 5" H to top of shade, 3 1/2" D fitter.

Condition
Lamp in excellent condition, font and stem undamaged, foot with expected flakes/roughness. Burner and chimney undamaged, shade fitter with moderate shallow chip which does not affect the profile and along with some minute flakes/roughness.Â
