Featured in this lot is this hand carved wood Native American on horse back folk art circa mid 1900s. The Native American can be seen riding a horse as he holds his right hand up in the air. The horse appears to be running at high speeds upon seeing how stretched his front and hind legs are. The Native American is wearing a feathered headdress. The sculpture is held up on a small wood post and the base is a wood block that has been painted black. There is no makers mark present. The sculpture shows good condition with some wear from its age, such as cracking or chipped pieces of wood, but is still in good display condition. The sculpture measures 15" L x 3 5/8" W x 14 1/8" H.
