Two landscape paintings including: The first an O/B signed John Earhart and dated 1907 (John Earhart, Ohio 1853-1938) depicting a path between hills - housed in a newer frame and in very good condition - the frame is old, but likely not original as it is too dark to complement the painting; the second, a primitive O/C winter landscape with house and hunters with dog, early to mid 19th century - the lemon gold frame with losses appears to be original - the painting with crazing in good condition.
