DESCRIPTION: RPM German painted porcelain plaque featuring the portrait of Antonia Von Ou. Antonia Von Ou was in 1634 responsible for the reformation of the German Churches following the battle of Nordlingen that destroyed and looted many sacred churches and artefacts. She became a very popular figure and was soon known as Princess Antonia the Learned. Marked RPM Germany and title "Antonia von Ou". Numbered 7972.
