In overall good condition. The cover is in fair/good condition with some soft handling creases at the edges and some minor parts missing on the right and left bottom corner. The internal, with illustrations in black & white and in colors, is in good condition with minor stains in the margins and some minor tears on the binding (please check pictures). Texts in English. Small rope tied on spine. A man in yoga meditation position is embossed on cover.
