Kerridge mantel clock featuring a chain fusee movement housed in a wooden casing and decorated on the dial with an etched ogre's visage and hands, on the corners of the face with floral and foliage corner decorations, and above the face with an etched rose. Casing is embellished with bronze trimmings and spherical bronze feet and crowned with five pineapple finials. Movement marked "B. J. Kerridge" in engraved script; also engraved "WIMBORNE 1884". Includes pendulum and clock key. Tested and fully functional.
