'La Fayette Crowned in Glory,' Staffordshire Black Transfer-Printed Cup Plate, 1825-30, Possibly Enoch Wood & Sons. Depicting an oval portrait of the Marquis de Lafayette in uniform, flanked by a pair of allegorical female figures holding a laurel leaf crown over his head, and above an eagle in flight. H: .125 in., Diam: 3.75 in. Provenance: The collection of Kurt O'Hare and Barbara O'Hare, Putnam Valley, New York; the Fleischer Collection.
