Description
Miguel Covarrubias (Mexican, 1904-1957). Print on paper titled "The Inauguration of Franklin D. Roosevelt," depicting a scene of the U.S. President's inauguration with many notable individuals present, ca. 1933. Subtitled "An Heroic Panorama Depicting the High Ceremony on the Capitol Plaza at Washington on March 4th, 1933." A key along the bottom of the sheet lists those depicted. Published by Vanity Fair Magazine.

Condition
No visible creases. No major tears or losses. No visible sign of restoration under UV light. The paper is toned overall, most noticeably in the four margins of the paper. There are a few scattered areas with minute surface scratches to the image. To the center of the upper margin of the image, there are two minute areas of minute losses. There are some fibers in the bottom section underneath the plexiglass, possibly from the frame. Not inspected out of frame. Wear to the frame.
