One side with oval reserve of figures holding "PLAN OF THE CITY OF WASHINGTON," the other with memorial to Washington bordered by the names of the thirteen states, a spreadwing eagle under the spout and lettered "HERCULANEUM POTTERY." Height 9 inches.
