Description
Two Ukiyo-e woodblock prints by Utagawa Hiroshige From the series 'Famous Places in the Bay Capital,' "Yoshiwara Nihon-tsutsumi" (Nihon Embankment near Yoshiwara). One from 'Famous Places in Edo' "Soto Sakurada Benkei-bori" (Benkei Moat outside Sakurada). Weak lines indicating a later printing, faded reds ands creasing. From the collection of a midcentury Asian arts dealer. 21x34cm and 27x35cm.
