Juan Carlos Bronstein (1953-2003) was an Israeli artist of Argentine origin known for his unique and often humorous approach to painting and sculpture. He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and moved to Israel in 1977. Bronstein studied art at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and later at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem. He quickly gained recognition for his playful and irreverent artworks, which often combined elements of pop culture with a satirical twist. Throughout his career, Bronstein experimented with a variety of media, including painting, sculpture, and installation art.
