A grouping if CDVs and tintypes including: 1) Album, partially filled with 20 CDV images including Martha & George Washington, photo bearing a resemblance to George McClelland as a young officer, photo of Tom Thumb and wife, view of Venice, etc. - all in good condition; album, partially filled with 4 CDVs, and 5 tintypes, all family related - all pages are loose - images are in good condition; and 27 loose CDVs, including one identified as "Julius Hall, Photographer", the photographer taking most of these images - also includes a CDV of Edward S. Stokes, owner of an oil refinery in NY and other businesses, and later prosecuted for killing his business partner, James Fisk, with whom he had business disputes and a lover's quarrel over a NY city beauty whom both were in a relationship with - Fisk gained notoriety for causing the Black Friday gold panic of September 24, 1869.
