Description
Three early blown glass flasks. 19th century.Blue glass with decorative swirls: H 8-3/4". Green/Olive glass eagle: H 6-1/2". Light viridian green flower baskets: H 6-3/4".Condition: Light surface abrasion and scratches on high points and bases consistent with use and age. Eagle flask: There is a large bubble (raised on inside of flask) that crosses the eagle's head and stem of grapes along with a small stone. Blue glass with swirls: There is a small 1/8" chip on the lower side of the flask's neck and a small stone close to the seam 1/3 of the way down from the top. Flask with flower baskets: There is a chip on the side of the mouth (near the seam) measuring approximately H 3/8" W 1/2".
