Description
Two San Juan pottery vessels
One by Alvin Curran, (1953-1999), the first: an Alvin Curran square-mouthed jar with polychrome cloud and stepped decoration with incised outlines, signed on the underside: Alvin Curran / San Juan Pueblo / NM; the second: a bulbous polychrome jar with a slightly flaring neck over a geometric collar, the body encircled by intertwining snakes.
