Roman, Imperial Period, ca. 2nd to 4th century CE. A lovely diminutive free-blown glass vial with a rounded base, a piriform body, a pinched neck base, tubular neck, and a rolled rim. Composed from translucent pale-green glass, this is beautiful example of Roman artistry! Size: 3.875" H (9.8 cm).

Condition
Age-commensurate surface wear and light earthen deposits. A large but stable pressure fissure runs from the neck to the midpoint of the body, otherwise very good.
