Pre-Columbian, Costa Rica, ca. 800 to 1200 CE. A round, volcanic stone made head with a human-like face on one side of its cylidrical body. With a wide, round hole through the center for attachment to a staff/handle. Size: 4.55" W x 4.7" H (11.6 cm x 11.9 cm)
