The military appointment was given to a ELVIN HAHN, appointing him to the rank of Lieutenant JUNIOR GRANDE THE NAVY on May 5, 1933. The appointment was dated 26th, 1934, by the Secretary of the Navy. The Seal of the President of the United States rests atop the document, with the Seal of the Navy adorned on the bottom.
