Simply adorable original edwardian net lace, one piece girls graduation dresses, circa 1915 and 1919, machine and hand stitched. Bodice adorned with satin ribbon bows and machine schiffli lace trim.
Recently deaccession from the Strong Museum in Rochester, N.Y. Still retaining its identification catalog museum fabric tag sewn into inside sleeves. Also Museum paper work report and details.

Edwardian 1919 net lace dress decorated with ruffles in bodice and skirt, ivory colored waist ribbon with bow at back, and with scattered sewn in satin bud flowers. Sleeve is full and cuff is handkerchief style. Back closure with mother of pearl buttons.

RIGHT DRESS

Edwardian 1915 net lace dress decorated with scalloped machine embroidered floral lace on waist bodice and tiered flounce in skirt and on hem line. Light pink satin inner accent fabric. Sleeve is short with satin edging with small bows. Back closure with metal hook and eyes and accented with satin bow.

CONDITION

In good clean sound sturdy condition, inner pick satin has large holes, and needs to be replaced. No holes, no rips, no repairs, no stains, in net bodice or skirt. No underarm discoloration. Skirt is in very good condition with no flaws except pink satin lining.
