1899 Pennsylvania Railroad Uniform Regulation Book A really neat book with an effective date of 1899. This is the rules and regulation book for the Pennsylvania Railroad in regards to their uniforms. The first page of the book is stamped with A.&W.P. & Western of Ala. President and General Managers Office Oct 6 1901. The book is 50 pages and covers a number of rules and regulations. There is also a number of great illustrations showing the cap badges and uniform buttons and their applications. This is a great resource if you collect Pennsylvania Railroad, uniforms, buttons, or badges. Some minor wear on the cover, but the interior is in excellent condition.
